Turbo Removal

If you can get some heat on it that should help. You'll need an 
oxy-acetylene torch though, as propane just isn't hot enough.

Otherwise the suggestion that someone else made about grinding down a 
wrench should work, and some penetrating oil would probably be a good 
idea too.

Failing all that, a die grinder (either air or electric powered) with a 
cutoff disc might work to cut the nut off.
