2.3 head vs. 2.2 head

So bigger head valves from 2.3 engine head is better than a 2.22 turbo head for flow... ?
Someone one day told me that 2.22 turbo head does not fit on turbo 2.2 block. !!!
or vice et versa turbo head does not fit on 2.3 block....

I have 2 complet 2.3 engine, 1 MC-1 and one KH. So a 2.3 head on my MC-1 block would be better than stock turbo head ?

  Yes, it does, as long as they're both hydraulic lifter heads.
