Sorry, used the term loosely.
Dizzy-distributor
Used on its own refers to the spark distributor
In my mail I was referring to the fuel distributor/ metering head or
whatever you want to call it!!!!

This that what a dizzy is?! I've heard that term thrown about all over this
list and cvound never figure out what a dizzy is. So, dizzy and Hall Sensor
are the same thing? or not? How diud it get the name dizzy?

I replaced my 4kq with an 87 5ktq, and my dizzy has a zip tie securing the 
electrical pigtail just like yours.
