Well... in this file:

The top picture, with all the tools in a pile, shows it, just barely to 
the right of dead center.  It's "below" the multimeter, just to the left 
of some red hose, and there is a pair of red plier handles overlapping 
it a tiny bit.

It basically consists of a short piece of pipe with a notch cut out of 
it, which fits into the center of the harmonic damper/pulley assembly 
and "locks" onto the big nub in it.  Then there is a sturdy lever arm 
that stops it from turning by coming up hard against the front "engine 
mount" snubber bracket.

Someone had a photo somewhere on the web once of a homemade one, but I 
think it disappeared.

I hope this helps a bit...
