A4 Tranny O1A Replacement Sources - 96 2.8L 5-speed Quattro

Hi all,
The tranny on my A4 is shot - it started out with intermittent access to 
gears and then worsened to the point that second gear is the only gear I can even 
get into.  The shifter won't even move into the other gears - seems like a 
bent shift fork maybe...  Does anyone know of a good and economical source for a 
replacement transmission - remanufactured or new?  It should be an 01A code 
tranny, CXW, I believe.  I am in Minnesota and would appreciate any advice for 
sourcing.  Thanks!
