NEED ADVICE - Starting up youth oriented car club - PLEASE READand RESPOND(NAC)

I see that we are the same wavelength, that is what I am out to provide.  To
have them be loud and obnoxious with the support of the police and the
greater community.  If that is not being communicated, is there something
that is missing from my case, or do you have ideas to make that a reality?

Also wouldn't disagree with the military bit, I chose to do mine in the
Marine Corps though:-)
