A6 How to - Speed Limiter

I recently bought a '01 A6 4.2. I have a "problem" with the car. I won't go
past 130. I have looked through all the usual places to find the answer
without luck. I have the Bentley CD and I have the Ross-Tech software and
Hex-com. Speed limiter seems to be a secret along with how to keep the doors
from locking automatically at 15 mph. Pisses me off when I pay for all the
"necessary" tools and can't do anything with them. I did find info elsewhere
for the door lock problem but the speed is still a problem. Anyone know?
