Wheel drilling in Tri State or Borbet type C 16x7.5 for sale??

Hey all,
       Happy New Years.... and here is my question., Does anyone know of a 
place that can re drill a wheel for fitment. 

I.E. 4x100 to 4x108 

by elongating the holes?? 

I'm looking for a replacement for a wheel I have that cracked. a 16x7.5" 
Borbet Type C in 4x108. I don't care if it's bent or not. I need 1 or a pair...
