Anyone else having problems with Performance Motorcars?

Yeah,
I ordered a Voltage regulator for one car, and some Pentosin for another 
car from them Sept 30, 03 that I recieved early November. I forget the 
exact date I recieved it. I did everything to contact them to encourage 
them to get me the part. Cals, emails, and daily faxes with my return 
fax number on it. I got ONE real email responding to me and MY order 
saying my order was held up because the VR and the Pentosin were not 
compatible for the same car and to please clarify.. That was after about 
three weeks. I then got a mass email from them a week later or so, 
saying that their servers were down,. Nig apologies all round and thanks 
for the patience to all our loyal customers. I was never able to track 
my order on their 'supposed' tracking page at their site. The day I GOT 
the order was about 5 minutes after I sent them a rage fax. The first 
week of November.
The parts was great, the Performance was sucked.

Also note :
There IS NO LIVE person on the other end of the phone ever.

Obviously, I'll never put my money in their jepoardy again.
Just my experience. Sorry about yours, although I did post my story at 
the time.
Hope you at least get your money back. Even if it is LATE AS HELL, I 
can't believe I was the last lister since September to place an order 
with them. So I would tend to think your order is just laying around 
under someones desk with a greasey foot print on it, like mine was.
