You know what's sad?  Is that in a year of ownership, the industry 
average is 2.7 problems per vehicle.  In just one year!

Poking around elsewhere on their site- Audi's decently close to the 
industry average for customer retention(44.2%, average is 49%). 
Slightly above average in "Dealer Attitude"(uh, okay).

Could be worse.  This could be www.isuzufans.com.  Yeesh.  Bottom of 
the chart in almost every survey, and a sizeable gap betwen them and 
the the next rung up the ladder.  That's gotta be depressing...
