Interesting. It seems that the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has ruled that the government may be able to convert some of the systems into roaming in-car wiretaps.  Some Audis come with onStar, right. Once again a reason NOT to activate it and to do the hack that somebody posted a week or two ago.
