Do 225 tires fit on 7 inch rims?

The 225 will fit fine on a 7" rim.  Depending on sidewall profile; the 
7" is just fine.  Below are tire sizes and approved rim widths
225/60-15	6-8
225/60-16	6-8
225/55-16	6-8
225/50-16	5-7 I think that is a typo  in the Nokian info
225/45-17 	7-8.5
225/40-18	7.5-9  this is the only tire size that would truely be not 
appropriate for a 7" wide rim
