Usually, it's the beginning of the end for the clutch release bearing.
The vibration, that is. The lighter action may just be a coincidence or
by product.

Sounds like one or more tires getting flat spotted. When they warm up
the flat place from where they were on the ground goes away. Varies
wildly between types of tire. "Squarellis" are known for it...

Something is worn. Could be a bushing, ball joint or tie rod end, could
be one of the CV or U-joints in the center propshaft. Could be the
kidnappee in the trunk trying to kick their way out.
