On my 200Q, it's bolt on. The only interference issues I've come close
on are:

1) The front tire is awfully close to the steering knuckle due to the
relocated bulge of the tire (1/2" (13 mm)) further from the hub.
Tire size 205/55-16, these are Kumho 712's so YMMV. Clearance
is about that of the thickness of a couple of credit cards. For
comfort
I added H+R 5 mm spacers, which don't need new lug bolts.

2) Rear clearance is tight by the fender, about 1/8" horizontally.
This was
the same even before lowering the car (it's on H+R's), just now
the tire
is closer to the fender (vertically).

3) Probably just the combination of tire, and the wider than original
stock
15 x 6 ET 45 rim, but on hard right turns, (full lock) the inside
of the front
tire occasionally strikes the plastic fender liner. No damage
occurs, but the
        sound is always startling.

LL - NY '89 200Q, 1.8 bar, H+R's, A4 5 spoke 16's.
