Color me confused.  That seems counter to what
I know about oil -- the colder it gets, the thicker
the oil gets, and the less the oil wants to move. 
Think shifting a gearbox full of cold oil. I don't
know what, why, how cold would make steering 
feel lighter.

Can someone enlighten me?
