'88 90 sedan hood latch

she hasn't, can someone send me pictures of the hood latch location (as
you're facing the car preparing to open the hood)?

Pull latch.

Face car.

With the right hand palm up, insert four fingers dead centre of the hood until the palm hits
the hood.

Move the hand to the right until it hits an obstruction.

Push against obstruction while jiggling hood up and down.
