93' 90 Rear wheel bearings

Well, I did my first bit of work on my Audi successfully thanks to you 
guys. I now have a working heater motor. But now I got a wheel bearing 
making noise from the right rear of the car. I'm thinking I can do the fix 
myself and was just wondering if anyone could give me some insight on the 
best way to go about doing it. It's one of those things I've never done 
before. Let me know what you guys think....
