  I have a Pierburg pump on both my 5ksq & 200 & the
way there set up is to eliminate the fuel damper with
a simple cap nut,
 which is supplied with the pump. I've never heard of
a fuel damper for the Pierburg pump?.
 The only other thing inline before you get to the
fuel filter is the fuel accumulator.
 I think as Cody stated you should start by locating
the source.
 & I think I allso noticed you posting on the AW
forums.
