Focus wheels on a CGT?

I was under the impression that the cgt had the earlier bolt pattern, ie

A guy at my office is selling a set of stock 16"x6" Ford Forcus wheels for
dirt cheap ($300 including a set of nearly new Kumho Ecsta Supra tires. I
belive they are 4x108 (or 4x4.25 in "American"). But I am not sure of the
offset and any hubcentric issues.  The price is grat IMHO, and it's hard to
turn down a set of 16" rims. I am running Borbet TypEs in 15" right now.
Thoughts on these rims? Oh, here's a pic of them:
