I can change chips in my socketed ECU inside of 5 minutes from car door
open to car door closed. The car is a '95 S6.

Pull the ECU, take it in to a table. Pop it open, pry out the chips,
insert the next chips, close the case, and put it back under the floor
board. 5 minutes.
