This isn't happening, it is a leased vehicle and it goes back in 12 months.
One tire got a bad hole just before I put the winter tires on this year. 
So, the spare + 1 new tire will be on the rear, and the 2 least worn tires 
(about 30% of usable tread depth left) will go on the front for the last 
8-9 months of the lease (when the snow tries come off).
