NAC - Standard Shop Labour Estimates

Does anyone know of an Internet source for looking up the standard 
labour hours that a shop charges for repair work done on automobiles? I 
am doing repair work on neighbours and friends autos and want to charge 
them based on the standard shop estimates. The book that the shops use 
is fairly expensive so I wonder if there is an internet site or source.
