Check out www.20v.org
Many of the key points are covered there even with a 10v.
Yes, replace the TB. It's not that hard and very inexpensive if you do it
yourself. Check out the instructions on 20v.org
As for the fuel pump, let it go until it pukes. Even some new ones are
noisy, don't just base it on that. If you are sure it is original you may
want to replace it for PM though.
Aux rads are just under $100 I think. If you remove it (many have), PLUG
the ports, do not connect them. This forces the hot water through the main
rad instead of by-passing it.
The temp gage is almost ALWAYS the sending unit. A PITA to get to on the
20v, maybe not so bad on the 10v.
Check www.thepartsconnection.com for the best prices. No prices on the
website but call up and be amazed! Tell Rod you are on the Q-list. Very
reliable and trusted source for many Q-listers for many years.
Also, snolvr8 on Ebay is an excellent source.
Best of Luck. Keep fixing it as it breaks or it will add up to be cheaper
to junk the car in a couple years!
