replacing ps hoses on a 90

happy tuesday all,

so ive got the 90 pretty well tore up to fix several lingering problems
[t-stat, coolant hoses, radiator mounts, dead alternator, squealing belts,
eurolights, etc]. 1 of which is a weeping high press hose from the ps pump
to the rack.

i'm hoping for a little spiritual counsel and/or support on the difficulty
of gettting the hose connections at the rack off and then back on - through
the LITTLE trap door behind the pedals. there is barely enuff space to get a
wrench thru, let alone your hand. so i was hoping for some btdt or
'ohmygoddonttrydoingthatyourself!!'. =)

is it as bad as it looks? is it even possible? do i have to fly to peru to
have my hands shrunk?

thanx,
jim
