That's an event that occurs very often in truck garages and shops
through out the world. Large hi ply truck tires need big time CFM to
seat the beads on tire changes. (1100 x 20 for instance, used on 10
wheeles and semi's.)
There are portable pressure tanks, cheetas, that have a pipe neck with a
tip that concentrates a blast of air into the tire but that method is
not always successful. The starter fluid "explosion" method always
works. Watch your fingers if you try it.
