The way they do it is spray the starter fluid into the tire where the 
bead has broken away from the rim.  Stand back; I reapeat STAND BACK and 
throw a lighted match into the same openingbetween the bead and the rim.
BANG!!!     Tire seated; put valve stem in and fill with air
