ok, i have solved the problem with a little help from my local jap scrap 
tuner.  Koni makes an adjustable coilover that specifically works with the 
billsteins.  If you would just order them from their site they would not be raisable, 
but only set to be lowered.  If you order them from a supplier they can 
special order the "play" that u will need to be able to stretch them out enough for 
an inch of lift and still be able to be lowered.  I think i said that right.  
I don't think i want to cut the upper spring housing to raise it, what if i 
want to go back to stock?
