caps. Maybe in a contrasting patriotic color, like... uh, red.....

I'm thinking of adding some neon lights to the wheel wells
of my '89 200.  What color should I go with?  The car is
Pearlescent White, if it makes a difference. Would Cobalt
Blue be OK? [1]
