Pulled an Impreza off the top of a snowbank Sat night.

Hi All,

Just did my first nighttime navigational rally on Saturday. The 4kq / Hakka2
mit studs combo did wonderfully. Awesome roads + good speeds = great time!

But not necessarily for everyone... I pulled an Impreza off a snowbank with
a couple of good tugs. I worry about those things. Well, I couldn't care
less, but you know what I mean... His clutch was stinking up the area and he
was high-centered. How do you burn a clutch under those conditions? Somebody
didn't do their engineering homework. No wonder they have tranny problems.

I think my 4kq was the oldest car out of 27 entries. It sure didn't act old,
though. If we hadn't stopped to pull 3 cars out, we would have finished 2nd
out of about 18 or so novices.
