from pin to ground is 7.5kOhms for two of the plugs, 8.5kOhms for the other
two.. Parking garage has been a fairly constant 12C (56F) for several
weeks, thus this is also the coolant temperature.

Measure from sensor pin to ground.
There are two sensors in one . .. one a copy of the other.
Temperature readings are in F.
F Ohms
- 2 13.8K freezer
29 6.0K garage
30 5.5K garage
40 4.4k water in pan
60 3.25k
80 2.3K
100 1.36K
120 880
150 510
180 320
200 225
207 203
Both pins track each other very closely.
Maybe someone will find this useful when tracking down the problem.

Monitor the time it takes after starting for engine to die.
I bet it dies when the cold start valve shuts off. You can rig a voltmeter
to the cold start valve and monitor the voltage.
Keep in mind that the cold start valve always has 12 volts on it. The ECU
shorts the other side to ground to activate the valve.
If the engine problems appear when the the valve shuts off . . .you can
safely assume that you have a vacuum leak. The cold start valve was
compensating for the added air.
Let me know what happens. Next step is to clean the connectors at both
ECU's.
