'93 100CSQ Avant no start condition

Hi Guys -
 
Here's the update.  Just called the dealer to find out what was wrong.  Faulty fuel pump.  I was hoping it was just a relay.  Many of you who responded also thought it was, too.  $600.00 for new pump and labor.  Why couldn't it have happened in warmer weather when I could do it myself?  Such is life.  Thanks to all of you who responded.
