I think there should be a more complex formula, so spare transmissions, 
wheels, etc. can be taken into account.  Otherwise, even counting my 
lawnmower and chainsaw I'm at a measly 5x5 + 1x8 + 2x1 = 35/44

At least they all run!

and my attic is full of spare fenders, doors and interiors...
