Odd spark plug colour (LAC)

Back before my Audi days, and before I decided to maintain all the
family cars as much as I could, I did do minor maintenance on the family
'89 Chev V6. I couldn't see any way of changing the rear bank of 3 spark
plugs without dropping the engine, so I never changed them. That car had
384,000 km on it when my son finally put it out of it's misery by
driving through a stop sign and getting it t-boned. I never noticed a
difference in roughness when I changed the front 3 spark plugs.

Cheers
George
