EFI woes

Have you tried using just a regular relay in place of the fuel pump relay?
If the fuel pump relay does not get an rpm signal for one reason or
another it will not run the fuel pump (beyond the initial pre-ignition
where some of the FPR's will run the pump for a couple seconds when the
key is first turned on).

Failing that, are you sure there are no vacuum leaks anywhere? This can
also cause the symptoms you describe. The car will start and run for a
couple seconds off of the fuel from the cold start relay, but there isn't
enough vacuum in the intake system to pull the CIS flapper up to allow for
enough fuel, so the car starts then quickly leans out and stalls.

Next step may be to pull the injectors out of the head and put them into
clear bottles, then with the fuel pump running lift the CIS plate by hand
to ensure that all the injectors are spraying, and putting out the same
amount of fuel.

Just a couple of thoughts before my cup of coffee,
