So I have been having that problem with my '94 90Q where the radio, interior lights, and clock don't work.  After chasing down several possible leads, we were low on ideas.  Then my dad came up with this idea that there is something wrong with the ciggarette lighter and sure enough, lodged in the socket (parents have removed the lighter, obvious reasons) was a nickle.  I use the ashtray as a change holder, so the nickle must have fallen in there when i dropped some change in.

Replaced the fuse, everything works again......crazy.
