Hi All,
I respect Phil Payne's posts a lot, but I wanted to find out if using
American English would make a difference in downloading AVG. I got it to
start downloading, but the rate petered out to the point where I decided to
quit and try ftp. Grisoft either doesn't have an ftp server or they won't
let me access their files. I went back to the site using the URL, and the
second time AVG started downloading but eventually failed.
I just got an email, probably from Grisoft sending me the product key. Now
they think I've got it and won't let me download it again. Just like the
"free" McAfee firewall that I never could get for they think I'm a leech.
Apparently, Grisoft needs to add a little more throughput to their server
and bandwidth to their access points.
Cheers!
