Audi 100 Won't Start: Finally Starts !!!!!!!

Marc,
Try pulling the #1 injector (easy to get at), put it in a glass jar, and
watch it while repeating your starting ritual. Sounds like you may have a
problem with the mechanical metering or low fuel pressure (takes 60psi or
so to open CIS injector). Try lifting the plunger in the CIS box and see
if that increases the fuel flow from the injectors. If you get nothing,
try unscrewing the injector and see if any fuel comes out then.
