Oil Filter, 1.8T Engine

Bob and Wylie, yes, I am covered for basically every other oil change - 5k, 15k, 25k and 35k..... But I don't like to go 10k miles between changes so I am doing the interim ones (10k, 20k, 30k etc.). I am actually using M1 synthetic, and brought that in to the dealer for the 5k change with no problem.

Thx....

Mann 719/30 is the correct filter. But shouldn't you be covered on the
free service deal on this car? Dealer should do this service for you and
if they don't use M1, just bring it along and tell them to use your oil,
their filter.
