S4 tow hitch

I've seen this warning elsewhere, and I believe it has nothing to do with
the hitch itself. 

In the mid '80s Volvo warned not to use their turbo cars for towing because
of potential sustained high boost. Tow a trailer up a mountain and you'd be
in the turbo zone for some time. I guess they were concerned about heat
buildup.
