Missing Alternator Belt.

Last night, while driving, the following lights came on and have stayed on: 

Coolant Warning Light - Blinks 
Brake Warning Light - Blinks 
Parking Brake Light 
Battery Light 

The coolant temp is normal according to the gauge and the parking brake is 
definitely not engaged. 

Does anyone know what this is an indication of ??
