Same thing as Joshua, when brought my present Urq, the glass was already 
scratched, so the window had to be changed, and it was, tiny pieces of 
glass imbedded themselves into the edge of the profile. It was really 
loud to. All I did is to run an ice cream flat stick wedged between the 
glass and the profile, few times along the length. With window open, its 
quite a simple task. Later seen same procedure done in the body shop 
with a thin plastic strip. Saying that, there is a rubber screech 
associated with frame less window type Audis'. That one is cured with 
very small amount, well rubbed in Silicon Grease, into the door seal 
rubber.
