Inappropriate advertising on Q-list, was re: S4 trans swap?

No, I don't think Emre's post was the least bit worthwhile. In fact I
think it is very misleading to folks who may be unaware of Shokan's
history. Spend five minutes searching the archives, keyword "Shokan"
and you will find lots of posts. Typical example ...
http://www.audifans.com/archives/1997/09/msg01757.html

Emre has a "relationship" with Shokan (he told me this himself) hence
his frequent attempts to promote their business. There are many well
respected sources active on the Q-list but they adhere to the rules
and refrain from advertising.

I hope Emre won't remind us about Shokan's wonderful eBay feedback
rating. They don't sell used transmissions on eBay. It's one thing
to satisfy hundreds of people who bought a new fuel filter. A used
transmission is entirely different.
