solar deck vents for cars

I saw an ad (some time ago) for a small solar powered fan and solar panel in a clear plastic housing. It hung on the inside of a car window and the window was rolled up until it trapped the housing. This left about a half inch gap. The fan would run off the solar panel and exhaust air out of the car helping to keep it cool. They intended it for use while the car was parked.
Here is an example, although different that the one I saw previously

Sounds more like something for a car in Arizona, Texas or the Southern
states.
You can get it as an option in the warm weather package on some Audi's.

operates a fresh air fan when the vehicle is parked in the sun. The fan
is powered by the solar panel within the sunroof."
