Windows and Sun Roof not working.

There are two separate circuit breakers, so it's not that.

There is one control unit, though, that supplies power to both circuits 
from the time the key is turned on until a front door is opened.  Odds 
are that it isn't working, or *perhaps* one of the inputs to it is spooged.

It's a tall relay type thing in your aux relay panel, my relay table 
might help you find the part number to identify it if there's no sticker 
on the knee pad cover thing.
