So the plan is for this time next year is to pick up a used ('00-03) a6 2.7t 
or possibly 4.2.  Anyone familiar w/these as far as mechanical issues?  I 
mean, c'mon, it's GERMAN.

I like these cars because of their depreciation/affordability, styling and 
size, and they're kind of the spiritual successor to my current '87 5kcstq. 
(Emphasis on "kind of"...)

Any info would be helpful, thanks!
