Alberto's car went out of control because of a damaged tire; it's 
clearly visible in the pictures of the car post-accident; the left 
rear is severely damaged and the other 3 are intact.

The car left the track, spun, and then hit a fence; the car flew 
through the air -after- hitting the fence, not because of voodoo 
aerodynamics.  The car most certainly did NOT suddenly lift up and 
fly through the air.

Investigations by German authorities, Audi, and LeMans concluded that 
the car was not at fault in the accident and that sole cause was the 
failed tire, which failed most likely due to sharp debris which(I 
believe) was found embedded in the tire.

It was not a good week for the track, which claimed to be "the safest 
in the world"- a courseworker was struck removing debris.  The driver 
insisted he had no flags to warn him, and the track failed to present 
evidence or account otherwise.
