And you want to do more than look. The best test for a leaking MM hose is
to take it off and squeeze it between your palms so you can tell whether it
holds air. They frequently crack inside the folds. Aren't the ones on the
5k packaged with some metal coils around the outside? Makes checking for
leaks even more difficult. Other hoses can look perfect on top and have
holes in the bottoms. So feel/squeeze all the hoses. Any that feel gummy
on the bottom may be leak sources too.
