I'm actually the exact opposite on that. I buy my wrenches from sears
because I'm fairly confident that I'll eventually break them and I've
always had zero trouble walking into sears and getting a replacement for
said broken sockets/wrenches.

They have no such warranty on their electrical parts so I see no reason
to pay 2 or 3 times the price over what I can find the similar tool for
at harbor freight.

Case in point: I bought a 14" chop saw from HF on sale for $50. I beat
the snot out of that tool and just recently the brushes started going.
The unit even shipped with a spare set so all I have to do is swap them
in. A similar unit from sears was going for $125.

I guess I'll count myself as lucky for now as I _have_ had to contact
customer service before.. twice for the same issue on separate occasions
which was one item out of an order of about a dozen parts or so that was
marked as shipped but wasn't in the box.

Each time I called to take care of it they shipped me out the missing
part(s) without hassle. Knock on Zebrano I guess..

Best Regards
