B4 Wheel Identification?

A recent Marketplace ad piqued this curiosity:
In FP, Illustration 6-01-601-50 for the B4 quattro shows a "no longer
available" 5-spoke wheel that's awfully good looking.

Does anyone have a picture of one, and some historical information, that
they wouldn't mind sending to me?  

I'm not an S-car guy, bur do these not kind of resemble ur-S4 wheels?
