Hi all,

It's my obligation to post a follow-up about Avi and the voltage 
regulator.  Avi clearly hadn't received any of my emails and when I 
went diving through my mail server's logs, it turned out it had been 
rejected by Pacific Bell's anti-spam controls.  A message from a 
webmail account got through immediately, and a few hours later Avi 
emailed to say he's got a replacement VR on the way as promised.

This was at least partially my fault for failing to try contacting 
Avi via methods other than email.
